How do I use and store the Florihana Products?
The Florihana products are organic but we suggest you do a patch test before using these for the first time.

Florihana Coconut Oil
With its exotic aromas and very soft texture, the Coconut Oil helps nourish, moisturize and protect your skin. It provides suppleness and softness to the skin and its soothing effects will also effectively treat dry or irritated skin types.
Use on your scalp as a soothing massage oil but please cover any skin that has been treated with coconut oil before going out into the sunshine.
Once opened coconut oil last for 1 to 2 years. To prolong shelf life keep it in a sealed container, away from heat and light. In cooler temperatures coconut oil may solidify - this is natural and does not affect its quality. Please use the spatula provided which you will need to wash after each use
Florihana Rosemary Verbenone Floral water
The Rosemary Verbenone Floral water is mainly known for its purifying, detoxifying, energizing, stimulating, invigorating and virtues.
The floral water can be used directly on the scalp daily to refresh and stimulate circulation. We recommend applying a few drops to rub directly on the scalp. You can use a sprayer but it is important to clean the sprayer with alcohol before use.
Once opened use the floral water within 3 to 4 months as this product contains no preservatives. It is best stored in the fridge, away from direct light. Always close the bottle tightly after use, and wash your hands before handling the product.
How do I choose the right wig?
We understand that choosing a wig is not easy. So please contact us info@thebaldbox.co.uk with any queries. We are are very happy to help and advise you on all our products.
Also do read through the section on Hair Loss and Top Tips. Hopefully these sections may answer some of your questions but we are always happy to help with other queries that you may have. The top tip section also includes advise for caring for your wig.
Please ensure you use the wig cap provided when trying on your wig. If you are not happy with your wig, please contact us and we would be more than happy to offer an exchange. Please see Shipping and Returns for further information.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are available to buy. We are not able to send Gift Cards in the post, they will be sent to the recipient via email.
If you are buying a Bald Box as a gift you have the option to add a gift note at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment.
We deliver to anywhere in the UK. Shipping times are 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
We use Royal Mail 48 Tracking so recipients will receive SMS or email notifications.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?
In case you wish to return or exchange any any wigs, caps with hair, turbans or bamboo caps, please ensure you use the wig cap provided when trying them on.
Returns
We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition and with all original packaging. Please do get in touch with us at info@thebaldbox.co.uk with any queries about returns.
Exchanges
We understand that choosing the right wig is not easy. So if you decide you would like a different wig, cap with hair, turban, eye or brow pencil, please email us info@thebaldbox.co.uk We can help with any queries and provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition and with all original packaging we will confirm how to exchange an item.
We will dispatch the exchange using the same delivery methods as detailed in our delivery policy. We will send the exchanged items back to you for free (first exchange only)

Can I buy individual products?
We are keen to help if we can. Please email us on info@thebaldbox.co.uk if you wish to buy anything that is not listed individually on our website.
Do you offer VAT relief on wigs?
As a small business, we are not currently VAT registered, therefore we don't charge VAT on our prices, nor can we reclaim VAT on any of the goods or services we purchase. This is in line with UK VAT regulations, which allow VAT registered businesses to reclaim VAT.
