Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders over £100 are Free.

Standard Shipping is £3.45.  

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should take 2/3 working days but these timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.  Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

We dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, so delivery times can vary a little depending on when your order is received.  You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, and with all original packaging.  Please ensure that you use the provided wig cap when trying on wigs. caps with hair, turbans and bamboo night caps.

 

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please use adequate packaging to protect your package during postage.

 

Once we have received the return we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, we recommend using a tracked service.  We’re unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.

It can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to process your return. Once we receive your return and made the necessary checks, we will refund back to your original payment method. Funds can take a few days to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuer.


Please Note

All our products are photographed by our team, we take care to match the images with the products as closely as possible, however due to computer screen resolutions colours may vary slightly. If you would like to discuss the exact colour of a wig or any other product before purchase please email us info@thebaldbox.co.uk and we will help to ensure you are happy with your purchase. 

Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange an item, please email us info@thebaldbox.co.uk   We can help with any queries you may have about a wig or other item.

Provided that the item to be exchanged is returned is in its original and unused condition, and with all original packaging. we will dispatch the exchange using the same delivery methods as detailed in our Shipping Policy.  We will send the exchanged items back to you for free (first exchange only)

Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults can occasionally occur.  Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults or damages. This gives you the opportunity to refuse a faulty item and allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  So if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Please notify by email info@thebaldbox.co.uk within 5 working days, of any damage or fault. You have 30 days to return the item to us.

Cancellations
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item, and that you use a tracked service.
