I struggled to find a wig from other companies so contacted The Bald Box. I liked the wigs on offer but was ideally looking for a grey wig. I contacted The Bald Box for help and Jo Jo replied very quickly and was so helpful and kind and it felt more like a friend supporting me. She went out of her way to source two wigs which I ordered and after getting my hairdresser to trim and style them I’m really pleased with the quality and how they look.
